Read, Listen, Watch & See ME

Classic storytelling through words and writing.

A few articles from my time being a staff reporter for Georgia Southern’s campus newspaper, The George-Anne.

Storytelling through sound and voice.

Used Adobe Audition and various recording instruments to create these two stories. Cowbird.com is a tool for multimedia storytelling through sound, images and words. *Scroll down for story and play/pause.

“Far from Spineless” was recognized and awarded ‘Best Presentation’ in Georgia Southern’s CURIO (Center for Undergraduate Research and Intellectual Opportunities) Symposium April 19, 2016. The symposium celebrates a select amount of undergraduate student projects involving research, scholarship and creativity that can inspire others.

Storytelling through motion picture, video & News packaging.

Original animations and characters created by myself on ToonBoom. Original ukulele sound track to “Scruffs and Fluff’s” was recorded using Adobe Audition.

Video productions created through Adobe Premier Pro on Canon T3i, T5i and Panasonic 3CCD cameras.

“Life on a new limb” was presented and awarded ‘Best Documentary’ in the 2015-2016 Media Arts Showcase at Georgia Southern. The showcase highlighted some of the department’s best media pieces of the academic year.

Created solo in four days per challenge requirements for the worlds largest student film festival, Campus MovieFest.

Goals for this project included clear audio production and fantastic video quality without any pops, wind static, over exposed or shaky shots.

Placed in the Top 15 out of 45 films at Georgia Southern University
